Lisa is passionate and committed to environmental issues and her love for the Ocean was admired by the students. She was highly prepared for meetings and gave the students lots of support to guide their learning journey. This project gave the students opportunity to explore how to navigate strategic shifts for a social enterprise. This was a rare opportunity for students to experience first hand how to manage strategic shift while advancing organizational in a highly competitive environmental education sector.

Oceanic Impact is a great organization; they promote marine conservation by implementing really cool initiatives into local communities for the reduction of marine debris. Having taken 32 cleanups with 523 volunteers and removing 169,870 cigarette butts, the amount of water saved by them is 849,350,000 liters. Their efforts to protect the ocean are easily palpable.
