Is your organization experiencing a business challenge related to project management, human resources or marketing? Bring on learners from the University of East London to evaluate your current challenge, and provide actionable recommendations. Learners will work on one main project over the course of two semesters, connecting with you as needed via virtual communication tools. Learners in this program/course will develop consultancy skills and undertake a live business challenge for employer. Learners will be allowed to work in a group (maximum of 6 students). Learners will be assigned a Project Supervisor to offer support guidance to develop their employability and technical business management skills, within a real work environment.

Students with accounting and finance-specific knowledge will team up to offer a consultancy service to a business client. The team will work with the business to redefine the problem, opportunity or service required. Our Accounting & Finance is one of only a few courses in London accredited by six accountancy bodies: ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA, AIA, CPA Australia, and IFA. We have one of the larges Bloomberg training suites in the country where our students can access live financial data and world class equipment used by industry professionals. Also, we have a Tax Clinic which is mostly student-led but supervised by professionals with many years' experiences in their field.

Our course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as well as the Chartered Management Institute to ensure that we equip students with skills that are relevant and recognised by employers, and we also incorporate as much hands-on experience and professional training as possible; our student network with professionals, learn from guest speakers, and have the chance to take a work placement. Students have access to The University of East London's Business Advice Centre which connects them with experts as well as the Strategy and Marketing Lab.

The team will work with the business to redefine the problem, opportunity or service required. Our students are equipped with skills in marketing research, marketing management, new product development, brand management, advertising practice and any marketing-related role. Our programme has professional accreditations from Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Insitute of Data & Marketing. The course adopts a unique 'practice-based 'perspective, focusing on the applicability of theory to everyday marketing activities and prepares students for an industry career.
