Embark on a transformative journey with second-year MBA graduate learners from DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, as they immerse themselves in the dynamic realm of Digital Marketing. These budding experts specialize in marketing-oriented web design, search engine marketing, and social media marketing, among other facets. Ready to amplify your digital marketing performance? Collaborate with 3-5 learner groups to receive a meticulously crafted website optimization plan and a dynamic two-week digital advertising campaign. These projects will benefit from close mentorship by Professor Ruhai Wu and seasoned teaching assistants. Who are we looking for? To partake in this collaboration, you need to: Provide access to Google Analytics and digital ad accounts. Allocate a budget ranging from $500 to $1,000. Furnish necessary ad content (text, photo, video) during the project. Who are we NOT looking for? If these criteria are not met, our students won't be able to support you further. Please refrain from sending a match request if you cannot adhere to these prerequisites. Companies with less than 6 months of data available on Google Analytics If we have collaborated together before, we will respectfully decline your request to ensure that students are compliant with plagiarism laws
Supply Chain Management-Winter 2025

The DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University invites employers to collaborate with senior students enrolled in the MBA O734 Supply Chain Management course. These learners are building expertise in supply chain design, management, and optimization. They are equipped with analytical and software tools necessary for solving complex supply chain problems and are learning to align operational and competitive strategies. Throughout this project, students aim to develop solutions that improve coordination, inventory management, and overall supply chain performance. Employers are expected to engage in regular communication with the students, provide necessary project information, offer guidance, attend the final presentation, and give constructive feedback on the students’ work through the Riipen platform.
Advance Ontario: DeGroote School of Business
Welcome to the DeGroote School of Business' private Advance Ontario experience. This unique initiative enables industry partners to engage DeGroote undergraduate (BCom) and MBA students graduate (MBA, MFin and MSc in eHealth) students in providing solutions for their business challenges. Students dedicate 80-hours per project and receive a $1,400 CAD stipend upon successful completion. Employers provide the projects and Riipen provides the student stipend! These projects provide students with the opportunity to gain real-world experience by solving a specific social, business, design, or community related problem for an industry partner. These projects typically take place over a 4-6 week period. At the end of the projects students will be asked to present their solution to the industry partner. Here’s how it works: Craft a detailed project description (including supporting documentation) to best attract your ideal student candidate(s). Submit your project for our DeGroote team to review. Once your project gets the green light, students (individually or in teams) will apply directly. Attend a launch event and present your project to the students. Provide a “mentor/point of contact” for the duration of the project Meet with the students to receive the final deliverables.
