The primary project requirements include:
- Analyzing keywords related to our industry with the tools Ubersuggest and SEMrush (keywords that people are searching).
- List the 10 top-keywords to use to Rank high on Google on being the top-ranked result for the keyword defined.
- Analyze where our competitors are listed, using Ubersuggest and Rankwatch + list the top 5 websites where we could be listed as well.
- Suggest strategies to reduce our website’s Load Time (e.g. eliminate render-blocking resources, remove unused JavaScript, images that are appropriately sized).
- Add Rethink2gether on business listing:
- Bing, Yahoo, Yellow Pages, Yelp
- ThreeBestRated > 3 best rated of anything
- Alignable, Cylex-Canada, Findglocal, Find-open, Sourcetool

As we are a small team, the goal for us is to delegate the project to a team that would be able to work independently with the supervision of their teachers. Depending on the duration of this project, we would be able to see them once a week for around 30 minutes during the project to give clarification, feedback, etc. Before the project will be started, we will give them more time of course to give all the necessary information to be ready and have all information that they need to do a good job on the project.
