Axolotl Biosciences is an early stage biotechnology company that produces novel bioinks for 3D printing human tissues. We are planning on selling our bioinks to academics starting in May 2021 and we are looking for an intern to assist with developing a customer service strategy.
Project objectives include:
- ยท Developing and implementing a customer support framework and workflow
- Monitoring customer experience and tracking response times and common problems/questions
- Developing documentation for training customer service representatives
- SOPs for responding to requests for support, default responses to questions, documentation on how to use any software involved with customer support
The student will work with our team at Axolotl that consists of the three co-founders and our two full time employees. We have weekly team meetings and will provide feedback on the different tasks.
