We aim to collaborate with students to enhance our digital marketing efforts and elevate Local Wellness Clinic's online presence. The focus will be on creating, reviewing, and deploying high-quality content to increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive website traffic. This project will involve the following steps for participating students: Understand Our Brand and Audience: Research and familiarize yourself with Local Wellness Clinic’s target market, products, and services, including massage therapy, acupuncture, and wellness offerings. Content Review and Development: Review and optimize existing marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and other promotional content. Develop new content using our website, blogs, and service descriptions as a foundation. Social Media and Digital Marketing Execution: Schedule and deploy content according to a pre-defined social media calendar. Create a variety of content, including videos and static posts, tailored to each platform. Platforms to choose from: Facebook Instagram TikTok Blog writing Website updates (e.g., news, events, service highlights) Tool Proficiency: Utilize Canva to design visually appealing and on-brand content that aligns with Local Wellness Clinic’s style and goals. By the end of this project, students will gain practical experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing, contributing to the growth and success of Local Wellness Clinic.

We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Assessing our current process and making recommendations for improvements and efficiencies.

We're looking for a student to help us with the creation of new graphic design assets. This will include: Coming up with color themes and branding guides that aligns with and builds on our existing branding. Newsletter Development and Publishing- Health and Wellness
We are looking for a student to help develop and distribute a newsletter that supports our organizations' cause. We think this project will include: Creating a weekly newsletter with helpful information so readers feel inspired Creating and soliciting materials to be published. Determining the features of a publication. Setting and enforcing deadlines. Coordinating frequency of publication. Overseeing all operations of a publication.
Local Wellness Assessment
Work on the assessment outlined. I run a wellness clinic including massage, osteopath, tattoo artist, accupuncatursit and more modalities and am interested in getting this assessment done to ensure that I am doing all I can for my business and staff/constractors. I am happy to do the live assessment, and I can't guarantee my staff will do live, but they might be willing to do a digital survey or something like this?
New Employee Training Development
This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Designing/redesigning an internal system or process related to on-boarding, employee engagement, change management, talent management, or work/life balance. Developing/refining a balanced scorecard. Developing a plan to address employee turnover/employee retention. Developing a program to support the inclusion, engagement and retention of diverse employees (e.g., women, ethnic minorities, LGBT)

Our company has a large employee turnover rate for sales roles, meaning that manually providing onboarding tasks with every new employee is an inefficient use of our company’s time. Instead of conducting onboarding in a face-to-face setting, we hope to transition to an online course that will introduce employees to their roles, and show them all of our start-up resources. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Examine the current onboarding process for new hires to identify what should be included in the onboarding process including forms, documentation and information.
