StrongerU Senior Fitness delivers monthly fitness class content to instructors in the US, Canada, and internationally. The goal of this project is to create supplemental program materials that compliment our monthly class content and provide further value to our instructors.

Sales Pipeline and Business Development Strategy for Reya Health

The main goal for the project is to create a sales pipeline of key contacts, create a sales strategy for new markets for Reya Health and conduct initial outreach to key contacts all in support of the company’s revenue generation activities. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Researching and identifying key contacts within the industry. - Analyzing the market to create ideal customer profiles. - Assisting the founder and CEO with business development efforts. - Implementing and managing customer relations systems. - Developing a sales strategy for new markets.
