I am an experienced project manager who worked in well established PMOs as well as startups. I mainly focused on building out new PMOs and process improvement. I worked on client facing side also managing customer success teams. I see a huge lack of emotional intelligence which is hindering the relationships with clients and internal teams. This is why AppyYo was created to understand the client and their needs and to provide them support in this digital transformation journey. AppyYo helps companies review their processes to change their reviews and become successful companies.
Innovation lab is a part of AppyYo that creates apps and websites. For those who have an idea but dont know where to start they can come to us and we will help them plan out the journey and if its possible we will make it happen

* Seamless eGift UI/UX Design
The Seamless eGift UI/UX Design project aims to enhance the user experience of Appy.Yo's digital gifting platform, eGift. The current challenge is to create an intuitive and enjoyable interface that simplifies the process of creating and sending personalized electronic gift cards. The project focuses on developing a user-friendly system that allows for easy customization of gift cards, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for both senders and recipients. By prioritizing mobile optimization, the project seeks to cater to the increasing demand for on-the-go digital solutions. Additionally, the design should be scalable to accommodate future features like group gifting and occasion-based templates, ensuring the platform remains adaptable and relevant.
Shopful
Design a seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging user experience for Shopful, a mobile and web application that helps users locate specific products in nearby stores. The interface should focus on simplicity, real-time data, and AI-powered features to enhance product discovery and store navigation. Key Deliverables: Search and Results Interface: Search Bar: A prominent, AI-powered search bar for users to type product names, brands, or categories. Include smart suggestions and auto-complete for better user guidance. Results Page: Display a list of nearby stores carrying the searched product, with details like price, availability, and store ratings. Incorporate filters for sorting by distance, price, or product features. Store Pages: Create individual store pages showcasing available products, store location, hours of operation, and customer reviews. Integrate navigation links for users to find directions via Google Maps or similar tools. User Account and Preferences: Allow users to create accounts to save searches, track product availability, and set preferences (e.g., favorite stores or brands). Add a wishlist feature to monitor desired items. Product Recommendation Section: Design a section on the homepage or results page to showcase AI-driven product recommendations based on user history or popular searches in the area. Geo-Location and Mapping: Integrate an interactive map to visualize nearby stores carrying the searched product. Include route optimization for users visiting multiple stores. Mobile-First Design: Prioritize a mobile-friendly design to cater to users searching on the go, ensuring responsive layouts and touch-friendly interfaces. AI-Enhanced Features: Add dynamic product suggestions and alternative options when the exact product is unavailable. Incorporate predictive features for showing when out-of-stock items are expected to return. Notifications and Alerts: Design a notification center where users can receive alerts about product restocks, sales, or new nearby stores carrying their favorite items. Design Focus Areas: Simplicity: Ensure clean navigation with minimal clicks to access desired information. Visual Appeal: Use modern design principles, consistent typography, and engaging visuals to make the app intuitive and enjoyable. Accessibility: Adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to accommodate all users, including those with disabilities. Consistency: Maintain a uniform design language across mobile and web platforms for a cohesive user experience. Phases for UI/UX Development: Discovery and Wireframing: Conduct user research to identify pain points and preferences. Create wireframes to map the user journey, focusing on ease of navigation. High-Fidelity Prototyping: Design high-fidelity prototypes showcasing the visual and interactive aspects of the interface. Test prototypes with users to gather feedback. Iterative Design Improvements: Refine designs based on user feedback, focusing on clarity, usability, and responsiveness. Handoff to Development: Prepare design assets and documentation for seamless handoff to the development team.
