In this initiative, students will assess our existing sales procedures, identify bottlenecks, and formulate recommendations, along with developing new training materials. Through research and adherence to best practices, students will craft new scripts for our sales staff, aiming to enhance both the quality and quantity of leads generated and improve the conversion rate. Key steps for the students include: Evaluate the current sales process by engaging with sales representatives and reviewing our handbook and protocols. Research industry sales processes and strategies for lead generation. Formulate recommendations to enhance our leads and conversion rate. Draft new sales scripts for phone calls and emails. Create an updated sales process handbook.
Business Administration

Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes. Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion); Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure. Talent - Design a new/improved recruitment process; develop a diversity and inclusion strategy; design a new/improved employee engagement program.
Project Coordinator-Wouessi Inc.
The project coordinator role aims to ensure the successful delivery of in-house task deliverables/projects by effectively coordinating and managing all aspects of project execution and facilitating communication between stakeholders. This entails creating a detailed project plan, providing regular progress reports, documenting discussions and decisions through meeting minutes, and outlining a communication plan to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. By the project's conclusion, the successful candidate will have demonstrated their ability to effectively coordinate and manage in-house projects, resulting in the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
