The earner of this credential completed an EPIC challenge, gaining career awareness, career exposure, and career development by working with a team to solve a real-world business problem. This individual has put into practice durable employability skills, including teamwork, collaboration, critical thinking, communication, leadership, flexibility and creativity. They are able to iterate based on professionals' feedback in order to successfully execute an authentic project.

The Emerging Strategist achievement is awarded to learners who have completed two or more more projects in Business Strategy, demonstrating a commitment to growing and applying their skills in this area.

The Work-Integrated Learner achievement is awarded to learners who applied their skills to a real-world problem by completing a project for an external partner. These learners provided real benefit to businesses while developing experience.

The Project Contributor achievement is awarded to learners who kept their projects on track and provided progress updates to the project partner by completing a milestone.

The Project Participant achievement is awarded to learners who start their first project, demonstrating their commitment to putting learned skills to practice.
