Fundraising Event Planning
Our organization is committed to serving our target population. However, we are currently facing funding challenges. We would like to collaborate with students to plan a fundraising event to help meet our goals. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our mission, values and goals. Estimating and establishing the budget of the fundraising event. Creating a plan of action and a detailed breakdown of tasks for volunteers to complete at the event. Assisting in marketing and promoting our event. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending improvements for future fundraising events.
Creating graphic design assets
We're looking for a student to help us with the creation of new graphic design assets. This will include: Coming up with color themes and branding guides that align with and builds on our existing branding to promote our services Creating reels as a design via canva. Creating graphic design assets for our marketing materials and websites, such as {Social media posts, banners, flyers about our services, printed materials, illustration, reels, infographic}
Marketing Strategy Plan
We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How do the public (customers) currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition? What is the best marketing strategy to be put together for the upcoming 5 years to ensure Canada-wide reach? What are the recommendations to attract more people to use our services from specific communities? How can our marketing help reduce the stigma around mental health within immigrant communities?
