Competitive Analysis
We want to better understand how teachers perceive and interact with the software they use. This will help us develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our marketing strategy. We would like to collaborate with students to conduct a competitive analysis of our business. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company, products, and target market. Identifying current and potential future competitors. Creating a matrix identifying features that are similar and different between companies. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending how our company can differentiate itself through products / services and messaging.
Analyzing Major Supply Chains in Canada
The goal of this project is to hire a team of students to write a report analyzing the major supply chains in Canada. The focus should be on the connection points between small crop farms, lumber, minerals, gems, oil, small batch manufacturers, craftsmen, and skills-based services, local distributors and sellers. Additionally, the team should look at small companies that control the whole process from start to finish, such as Stormy Acres, a hops farm that also makes and sells its own soap at markets and fairs.
