Digital Content Creation for Webinars
Positions available: 1 team of 5 We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. The idea candidate will be able to design and create a website specific to webinars. Content creation, social media and user-generated campaigns are all essential skills. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. If you like the sound of our culture, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you. A student or team with excellent writing and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project. We are looking for 5 students at this time. The students will work 80 hours each (5 x 80 = 400 hours total for the team) over the next 3 to 5 weeks.
SEO and Social Media Strategy
Number of individual students required: 5 Our team is looking for a social media marketing wizard who can help us drive more traffic and improve our SEO positioning. The primary project requirements include: Keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms to our organization A strategy document to outline: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) requirements to ensure our organization appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords Social media requirements to increase the number of followers/likes and share Content Calendar Execution: Timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site Creating engaging content for prominent media websites We’re excited to work with students who can help us not only brainstorm, but also execute a strategy to help us promote our latest endeavour: an online program dedicated to helping students learn Mathematics in an engaging way. This is a great project for students to prove their digital marketing expertise to future employers, as the impact of their work on this project can be easily measured and communicated.
Competitive Analysis
Number of individual students required: 8 students It’s important for us to have a better understanding of how our target audience perceives our brand and competitors. We want to develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our marketing strategy. This project will include: An identification of our current competitors An identification of potential future competitors (eg. a large company in a similar industry who may enter the space) The creation of a matrix identifying features shared across the companies and those that are different. A summary of 2-4 paragraphs describing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. This could be done in the form of a SWOT analysis and PESTLE analysis. We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website analytics, sales and brand collateral, and more. We can suggest names of competitors to research. Objective We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in our space and how we can differentiate ourselves through our product/service offering, and our messaging.
Online Teaching/Research of Mathematics Content
Positions available: 5 teams of 5 students We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. The idea candidate will be able to design and create better lessons, online sessions and worksheets that will help students learn Mathematics better. The candidate will work closely with elementary and high school students to improve their basic Math skills. Interviewing and asking questions to the students to ensure that the students understand the material will be critical to this project. Researching different teaching methods pertaining to online teaching will also help create worksheets that will help students learn various topics. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Do research pertaining to the teaching of mathematics online Finding different methods to ensure students understand the Math topics that are taught Interview and test students on their Math skills Work on creating worksheets using Word/Google Docs If you like the sound of our culture, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you.
