AI-Assisted Learner Support and Skill Development Proposal for Riipen

The project aims to explore and propose a framework for leveraging AI to support learners in developing subject-specific skills, improving customer experience, and providing guidance throughout the project application and completion process. Key considerations include the role of AI in providing discipline-specific tutoring, enhancing customer support interactions, and streamlining the learner journey from project discovery to completion. The project will also evaluate how AI can be used to offer real-time feedback, skill development recommendations, and interactive learning experiences.

Accessibility Testing

Our company advertises thousands of products online. The main problem we are trying to solve is to garner more user feedback on our interface’s accessibility. We would like to collaborate with students to conduct accessibility tests on our website with pre-identified customers. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on disabilities and methods of evaluating accessibility. Reaching out to customers and scheduling interviews. Familiarizing themselves with the test tasks that should be administered. Conducting accessibility tests remotely and following up with customers to thank them for their participation. Analyzing and reporting the metrics / results of the tests. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending website improvements based on findings.

Awareness Campaign Speaker Invitation

Our organization is passionate about promoting social causes. We ​​want to increase awareness about a particular topic. We would like to work with students to identify potential speakers and sponsors for our awareness campaigns. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with the social cause, our mission and goals. Identifying groups that our campaigns will target. Identifying potential speakers, sponsors and partners who can support our campaign. Drafting emails to invite speakers. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Assisting in contacting speakers.

User Research & UX Analysis

We would like insights on how user-friendly our platform is for students. We believe the best way to understand our platform’s usability is through studying the User Experience and User Interface. We would like students to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of our platform and identify ways to improve the user journey and increase user satisfaction. We are particularly interested in the following areas: Team page (main area of focus) We are also happy to receive feedback and suggestions for any other area of the platform the students may have.
