Online Gaming/Gambling Project: Market Feasibility, Business Research & Analysis
I am in the early stages of developing a business model for a startup that aims to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain with a gaming concept. This could potentially serve as a pivot for BEHIND THE ART and may eventually incorporate gambling elements. To further explore and validate this idea, I am seeking a dedicated student or student team to assist me with the following: · Conduct a comprehensive analysis of AI and blockchain platforms focused on the gaming/gambling industries. · Identify and research the most successful AI and blockchain-based gaming/gambling platforms globally, including financial analysis of their performance. · Investigate the regulatory and compliance frameworks in regions favorable to gambling activities, as well as the necessary approvals and licensing requirements. · Identify key growth trends and opportunities, as well as declining segments, within the gambling industry. · Compile a business and strategy report based on the research findings. The initial focus of analysis should be North American-based companies, but since these are early days for the industry, analysis can be expanded to include Europe and Asia.
Marketing Planning and Implementation
BEHIND THE ART is a young startup that seeks to combine blockchain and artificial intelligence with art world knowledge, providing a speedier, less costly method to conduct thorough research. As the project is in its early stages and has engaged in little marketing, I am seeking a student or student team that is interested in helping to develop a marketing strategy essentially from the beginning. An interest in the technology and/or art is not essential. BEHIND THE ART has engaged in market research but seeks help in verifying the priority target audience, and discovering the best, most successful marketing methods to attract customers effectively and cost-efficiently. This would include a social media marketing strategy. Creative thinking encouraged! Deliverables: Student or student team will consider the target audience(s), messaging, channels, and recommendations for measuring success and will test these through experiment to identify the most successful plan.
Blockchain & Artificial Intelligence Application Prototype
BEHIND THE ART is a young startup that seeks to combine blockchain and artificial intelligence with art world knowledge, providing a speedier, less costly method to conduct thorough research. I am seeking a student or student team that is interested in helping to develop a minimal application that would demonstrate the idea to customers and how the application would solve their problems. Blockchain will be utilized here to track documentation. Each document (or asset) is backed by a nonfungible token. Smart contracts will be employed so each contributor will know when and how a document is used, and where applicable, allow them to collect royalties. In addition, blockchain will be utilized in a user identity system that includes reputation scores, and a coin-based reward system. Artificial Intelligence will make a very intelligent search of the documentation possible. Documentation varies and includes digital images of: photographs, typed correspondence, handwritten stockbooks, and printed books. Web data will also be incorporated. And searching will be possible in multiple languages. This minimal prototype will be tested with customers, and customers will be able to interact with it. Features I would like the prototype to demonstrate include user login, documentation upload, and search and results. I will provide the data/documentation. I will be available for meeting with student(s) as needed to provide direction and clarification. Final deliverables: Prototype Presentation on the research and protoype design process and insights A report on the protoype design, including technologies chosen and technological recommendations going forward
