Virtual Internship Opportunity: Game Design Document

Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for 1 to 3 students. The primary focus for the student will be: Utilizing primary and secondary research to create the Game Design Document for creating an online educational Math game. Our goal at the end of this experience is: To have the students complete the Game Design Document which will provide specific details on Game Play, Avatar descriptions, backstories, platform suggestions and other information that will be required for a robust document. Other duties the student may complete could include: Students will have the opportunity to make suggestions and use their knowledge of game design to ensure that the document is feasible and that a prototype of the game can be created using the Game Design Document. We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: Students will meet on Google Meet, Zoom, Slack and email. Marketing - Business Development - Digital Content Creation

Positions available: 4-6 students (teams or individual) DECARBONIZED.ORG IS A VITAL NON-PROFIT GROUP (NGO) CATALYZING CLIMATE RESILIENCE - OCEANS, HEALTH, FORESTS AND CLIMATE SOLUTIONS CLIMATE SUSTAINABILITY SOLUTIONS: We would like to align with those caring on Environmental impact projects and help with support of empowering students to collaborate with us on creating content that is aligned with our enlightened vision, sustainable mission, and climate sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our 501 c 3 NGO Global Climate organization. As most collaborative work is done on ZOOM, we hope to have also an open call to those with other languages, as we are open for many different perspectives for global outreach. Decarbonized.org is an international alliance of creative solutionists, developing ongoing events, projects on a platform, so to reach multi stake holders for developing CLIMATE resilience and catalyzing solution projects for meeting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN.org). To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Help on set up of easy format of research, manage website pages, write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences and other content pieces on assigned topics - Oceans/ Forests/ Climate/Tech For Good/INNOVATIONS Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization - ALIGN WITH UN CONFERENCES/THINK TANKS/ CLUBHOUSE AND MEDIA Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector - Help to USE Google Analytics and 10K google add words budget monthly to help run campaigns and outreach - we have the key 500 words and account promotion to test/ run sets of campaigns. Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story - Expand on existing scenarios and build a following with youth groups Ultimately, you will be working on Research/ Marketing/ Project Development and content creation for our organization, including internet, video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Help run campaigns for education, donations and support vital solution projects.
