Research Scheduling and CRM Systems
We would like to partner with a student to review our current scheduling and customer retention management systems and make recommendations as to how we can streamline the digital environment of our business. We currently are using acuity with is an add on with Squarespace and integrates nicely but is not perfect for the user experience. We use excel files and constant contact to keep track of and communicate with our customers. There are many systems that could help us to streamline this process. We would like a student team to do some research and see if there is a system that can do in one place what we currently in about 5 places. Our hope is that it would also benefit our data analytics and improve customer service and save us time and money. The right student or students should be interested in data analysis, user experience, company culture and increasing profitability and partner satisfaction. As we grow and prepare to launch more courses and programming and eventually get back to in-person delivery we want to be ready with the right scheduling and customer service/retention applications that we can find.
