Pro Pond US Expansion Strategy

We have been a very fast growing business who is hoping to expand many parts of our company, including expansion into the United States market with the soon-to-be launch of a new website and online store. We could benefit from an analysis of our new market expansion, as well as a strategy for expansion and marketing that could give us the best chance at success. We would love to know how to properly market to our new demographic, and how to be as efficient as we can with our time and dollars. Finding simple and cost effective ways to ship and get our products to the United states is also something that is on our to-do list. A competitive analysis is also something that could be of benefit, where we are constantly trying to compare ourselves to our competition and remain competitive in any way we can! We are also very active in our marketing and make use of many different platforms (Google Ads, MailChimp, Amazon Advertising, etc...), where we are open to ideas of any sort to help enhance our sales and brand reputation in our new and current market. We are open to hear different ideas and criticisms of our current website, as well as the one that we are developing for the USA. We make use of keyword optimization and social media, and would love to hear suggestions and how we can be better. Our social media is lacking at this point in time, and a clear direction on how to start back up would be beneficial as well. As we manufacture and design many items on our online store, as well as order from Canadian and international manufacturers to fulfill orders within Canada and soon, the United States. We have been looking at how to expand our product lines into hardware stores around North America, and grow our manufacturing side of our business. Finding ways to streamline processes and allow us to be more organized with our inventory management is also a huge issue that we have been trying to resolve. We are open to any class or options for projects available to us, and can narrow down our focus according to the curriculum that is available to us. We are very willing to work with professors and students to allow for our business to assist in their success as much as it will our own!
