We offer low cost training for Canadian financial services professionals to ensure compliance, continuing education and licensing requirements are met. Our goal is to protect Canadian investors by creating better financial advisors through best in industry training. Our customers love our training because we do it differently. We add humour and pop culture references into our cutting edge video learning programs which makes mandatory training more entertaining and more 'watchable' than our competitors. We are a small, scrappy (4 person) startup, eager for any new perspectives and/or next level ideas to help us grow.

Our organization wants to create a simple video using images that we already have. We would like to collaborate with students to help us tell a compelling story through this video. Based on our desired outcomes and the selected images, we would like to collaborate with students to script and record a professional voice over. Possible script types may include: A brand promotional video. A recruitment video. A recognition video. A video for an event. A video to be used on social media. A commercial.
15 Minute Explainer Videos - Financial Services Topics
We are looking to create a new series of explainer videos in Canada's financial services industry and looking for research/writers to do a deep dive on a specific topic and write a script for a 15 minute video (approximately 2,500 words) to be narrated into a short documentary (short-doc) film. Project participants can choose from a list of topics or submit a topic idea of their own. We are looking to create videos topical, interesting and relevant topics, including: Environmental, Social and Governance topics Diversity, Equality and Inclusion topics Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Etherium, etc.) Stablecoins Meme stocks (GameStop, etc.) Financial scandals in Canada (Portus, QuadrigaCX, etc.) History of Bay St. (Toronto Stock Exchange, etc) Biography of historical leaders in Canada's financial services industry

We're looking for students to help us enhance our online presence. Specifically when it comes to the use of SEO, site design and marketing tools to help: Advance our organic online and SEO Our brand and product visibility in the marketplace; Ensure our marketing is getting in front of the right audiences; Set us apart from our competitors We're a small but mighty team, eager to learn and take steps to be at the forefront of the newest digital marketing trends including an optimized new website launch. We could really use the help in SEO and website optimization your students can offer. Students will work remotely but have open access to our Production Director. While we're extremely excited to have design help, we're even more excited to help students further their skills and set themselves up for success in their future careers by immersing them in our fast paced startup environment.

Specifically when it comes to the use of SEO and marketing tools to help: Our brand and product visibility in the marketplace; Ensure out marketing is getting in front of the right audiences; Advance our organic online and SEO Internal efficiency: so much to-do, so little time. This report will include: Market research: gather and analyze data on Learnedly’s consumers and competitors; How to enhance Learnedly’s brand and customer reach through advancing our online presence, with a special focus on Google and SEO); and, Recommendations on digital marketing tools (paid and unpaid); Additional items students deem as important to include. We're a small but mighty team, eager to learn and take steps to be at the forefront of the newest digital marketing trends.
