This project seeks a motivated team of learners including a creative female student specializing in marketing and communications to re-create an engaging onboarding video series directed at women entrepreneurs.
The videos will educate and inspire users during their free trial, introducing them to a proprietary website builder platform. By recreating up to 25 short videos (1–7 minutes each—approximately 2 hours of run time), the selected candidate will script, film, and edit screencast videos that align with the brand’s tone and values.
The goal is to create a cohesive and user-focused series to help new users successfully navigate and benefit from the platform.

Project Goals:
- Develop an onboarding video series that is visually appealing, consistent, and engaging for women entrepreneurs, based on an existing video series that doesn’t align with our brand.
- Educate new users on the platform’s tools and features to increase free trial success and conversion.
- Ensure the videos reflect the needs and interests of the target audience.
Role Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Develop comprehensive scripts for recreating the existing 25 videos, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Adapt the content to highlight features and benefits specifically for women entrepreneurs.
Screencast Filming:
- Film high-quality screencast videos demonstrating platform features and functionality.
- Ensure smooth flow and clarity in demonstrations, focusing on the user experience.
Editing and Branding:
- Edit videos to ensure consistent quality, style, and branding throughout the series.
- Incorporate transitions and other elements to make the videos visually engaging and on-brand.
User-Focused Approach:
- Infuse a tone that is relatable and empowering, resonating with the experiences of women entrepreneurs.
Delivery and Feedback:
- Organize the video series into a structured, logical sequence for onboarding
- Test the videos with a small user group, gather feedback, and refine the content as needed.
Campaign Deliverables:
- A comprehensive onboarding video series (25 recreated screencast videos).
- Written video scripts for each video tailored to the target audience.
- Upload video content to YouTube, and optimize each video for search

- Engaging Graphics and Branding: Additional branding elements, including intro/outro templates, transitions, and graphic overlays to enhance the visual quality of the videos.
