We had a great experience with Amandipp's organization, Enabled Talent. Throughout the project we felt engaged in creating an experience for an organization that's doing important work creating accessible experiences for job-seekers with disabilities. Like all startups, there was some degree of flexibility and pivoting involved, but I would attribute this to the nature of startups than any issue on the client's side.

It was a really interesting project we worked on. The founder himself addressed our questions very quickly.

We’re grateful for the experience we gained working with Enabled Talent. We learned a lot throughout this project, especially about accessibility in design. One challenge we did encounter toward the beginning of this project was difficulty with communication and syncing up schedules to set meetings, but as time went on, this aspect improved. One thing that might be helpful in the future is to communicate a clear vision upfront, as this project changed directions a couple times while we were working on it. In the end, however, I think we were able to come together and create a unique, interesting project that users will enjoy interacting with, and we thank you for this opportunity to work with you to create a product that will help users with accessibility needs.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to work with Enabled Talent and for everything we’ve learned through this project. One area we noticed early on was that communication felt delayed at times, though it improved significantly as the project progressed, which helped us stay aligned. We also experienced several changes in project direction, and in the future, it might be helpful to have more context upfront particularly during the first meeting about the company, its products, and the long-term vision. That additional clarity would make it easier to adapt as the project evolves. Lastly, we thought it could be efficient to schedule the next meeting before wrapping up a current one, which might reduce the need for back-and-forth emails. Overall, this was a valuable experience, and we appreciate your openness and collaboration.
