UX/UI Design for New Networking App

We are looking for students to help us design a modern/unique app experience for our users. Our users will be professionals, executives, and owners of businesses. The app will be used both as a web app and a mobile app. We will be using Zoho CRM to house the data for the application. Create Process for High Volume Recruiting

In the past, we have had challenges hiring and retaining top-quality talent. We would like to develop a system to effectively hire agency owners. Working with students, we want to develop a system to hire 50 owners from a pool of 30,000+ resumes. Students should be prepared to: Evaluate our current recruitment and selection procedures. Develop hiring systems and processes, based on best practices and our organizational needs. Consider the use of psychometric tests, assessment exercises, and standardized interview practices.
