Executive Sourcing Project

The goal of this project is to create a 3-6 month plan for sourcing a pool of top candidates for our executive roles. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Developing templates for job postings. - Researching legal compliance information. - Suggesting recruitment methods and channels by job type. - Recommending resume management techniques. - Developing candidate shortlisting techniques. - Researching the use of tests and their effectiveness. - Developing interview procedures. - Creating behavioural, chronological, case, or written interview guides. - Developing reference check templates.
