Attracting talent is challenging enough, so what are you doing to retain your talent? In order to retain talent, your organization must have a robust training and development program. In this project, students will apply current theory and practice for employee training and development within an organizational setting. Students will examine a full spectrum of training and development praxis, from basic on-the-job training to the use of technology and blended approaches to corporate training, development and succession planning. Upon completion of the project, you will receive a detailed report and presentation.

Human Resource Management

Are your organization's human resources management (HRM) practices up to date? Would you like to explore how to improve your HRM in our current and changing landscape? In this project, students will apply their knowledge of HRM techniques and procedures to your organizational context. They can assess a number areas such as staffing and maintenance of an efficient workforce, human resources (HR) in organizations, workforce planning, job analysis and evaluation, wage and salary administration, training and development, and performance evaluation systems. Specific attention will paid the areas most relevant to your organization's needs. Upon completion of the project, you will receive a detailed report and presentation.

Would you like to revamp or improve your organization's compensation and benefits plans? To remain competitive in attracting top talent, organizations should strive to differentiate their compensation package from competitors. In this project, students will help you design compensation strategies and systems. They will apply a systematic framework for identifying and designing compensation systems that add value to your organization and supports your employees. Specifically, students will design, implement, and evaluate compensation and benefit plans from legal, ethical, and strategic perspectives. Upon completion of the project, you will receive a detailed report and presentation.
