To strengthen our digital marketing efforts, we seek to optimize and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads . This project provides an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge in digital advertising, campaign management, and performance optimization in a real-world setting. What is the main goal for this project? The goal of this project is to optimize and execute targeted Meta and Google Ads campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates. Students will focus on: Analyzing & Optimizing Existing Ad Campaigns Reviewing past ad performance on Meta and Google Ads . Identifying key strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement . Developing & Implementing New Paid Ad Campaigns Creating high-performing ad creatives and copy tailored to specific audience segments. Setting up and managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns (audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing). Ensuring alignment between ad creative, messaging, and brand identity . Monitoring & Adjusting Ad Performance Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CTR, and ROAS. Adjusting targeting, budget allocation, and creatives based on data insights. Preparing optimization recommendations for future ad campaigns.

About COCHIC COCHIC is a premium fashion brand that offers a curated selection of high-end apparel and accessories. Our goal is to provide a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for our customers. We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform and are looking to revamp our website to align with the expectations of a high-end fashion audience. What is the main goal for this project? We aim to update and revamp our existing Shopify website to create a premium, high-end shopping experience. The new design should focus on luxury aesthetics, intuitive navigation, and enhanced user experience (UX/UI) to attract and retain customers. Students will work on the redesign and optimization of our Shopify website, ensuring it reflects the elegance of our brand while remaining easy to maintain. This will involve: UX/UI Research & Design: Understanding luxury fashion website trends and best practices. Conducting a needs analysis to define user expectations. Creating wireframes and mockups using tools like Figma or Notion (bonus). Shopify Development & Customization: Customizing a Shopify theme or developing a new layout that aligns with a high-end brand aesthetic. Implementing improved navigation, product categorization, and checkout experience . Ensuring mobile responsiveness and fast page speeds. This project provides an opportunity for students to work with real-world pricing strategies, market research, and data analysis to develop a pricing structure tailored to our business objectives. What is the main goal for this project? The goal of this project is to analyze, develop, and test pricing models for different product categories within our B2B and B2C markets. Students will conduct market research, competitive analysis, and pricing simulations to determine the optimal pricing strategy for our fashion products. To accomplish this, students will: Conduct Research & Data Analysis Assess cost structures, target customers, revenue goals, and business objectives . Research industry pricing trends and competitor pricing strategies in both B2B and B2C sectors. Evaluate & Develop Pricing Models Explore volume-based discounts, tiered pricing, and premium pricing models for B2B. Compare psychological pricing, value-based pricing, and dynamic pricing models for B2C. Assess how pricing impacts customer perception, profitability, and market positioning . Validate Pricing Models with Real-World Testing Conduct customer surveys, focus groups, and/or interviews to gather feedback on different pricing structures. Run A/B tests with landing pages or online ads to compare conversion rates with different pricing approaches. Recommend the Best Pricing Strategy Use research findings and test results to present a data-driven pricing recommendation for both B2B and B2C markets. Students will: Analyze Our Current Digital Content Review our existing social media posts, email campaigns, and engagement metrics . Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement . Conduct Research on Digital Marketing Best Practices Study trends in fashion marketing and social media engagement . Explore effective email marketing strategies tailored to our audience. Develop and Propose New Content Create engaging and high-quality social media posts (graphics, captions, hashtags). Design effective email marketing templates for promotions and engagement. Align content with our brand’s luxury aesthetic and customer expectations . Optimize Content for Engagement & Conversion Implement strategies for higher click-through rates, improved engagement, and better brand positioning .
