OOt Social Health improves company culture and fosters social well-being amidst the challenges posed by remote and hybrid work arrangements. We do this to:  Enable 1:1 proximity connections, emphasizing skills, interests, mentorship, and equity-driven filters. Facilitate group proximity connections, known as "HangOOts," fostering camaraderie and collaboration. Introduce the "Me Moments" feature, promoting self-care through gratitude journaling, affirmations, and breathwork to enhance personal well-being. We hope to improve our social media marketing to build brand awareness and inbound funnel.   This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our companyโ€™s brand book, products, social media campaign goals, and target market. Planning types of campaign content to create for each channel. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign.
